The service was more than expected. My appointment for Thursday included anti-rust and double simonize. They provided delivery home and pick up service so I wouldn’t be spending hours waiting. I had also wanted a rear window tinted but was requested to make another appointment as they did not believe they could get it all in. They picked me up late afternoon and I returned to the beautiful finished product you see in this photo. This is a 1996 Ford E-150. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they had also managed to tint the rear window as well. I was tremendously pleased, the van had never looked better. I was also told, that included in the service, was a recall for the following week in order to clean the under carriage. That too was included.
I had occasion to speak with at least five different staff members during my double visit. Everyone was friendly, open to explanations, and seemed genuinely happy to be working at Krown. That said, it seems that an employee also took the initiative to fix a minor problem regarding my interior driver side handle. I noticed it only when I closed my door on departure. Thanks to whom ever, and thanks to everyone for caring!
That all said and done, if you should choose to show my van, I would be honored!
Thanks to all for a good experience……something a little rare these days of quick fixes. I may choose to visit Burlington next year, with Krown as an incentive to return.
